1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy for JLabs EOOD, a company registered with the Bulgarian Commercial Register at the Registry Agency, with unified identification code 206970829, with seat and registered office: Sofia 1766, 251Е Okolovrasten pat Str., “Ring Tower”, fl. 15 (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) describes how and why we collect, store, use and/or share (“process”) your personal data when you use our services (“Services”), such as when you:
- Visit our website at www.junglebot.app (“Website”)
- Create an account (“Account”) with our platform at trader.junglebot.app (“Platform”)
- Get access to a free trial or purchase a subscription for our Platform.
This Privacy Policy is meant to provide you with information on the types of personal data we use, the ways we process it, your rights regarding your personal data and other relevant information. We process your personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

2. What information do we collect?
We collect personal information that you provide to us when you create an Account, purchase a subscription with the Platform, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make and the products you use. The personal information which we collect may include the following:
- name
- email address
- username
- password
- contact or authentication data
- billing address
- debit/credit card numbers
Payment data: We use a third-party payment processor to process payments made to us. In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not retain any personally identifiable information or any financial information such as credit card numbers. Rather, all such information is provided directly to our third-party processor, Stripe, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy, which may be viewed at Privacy Policy (stripe.com).
Information collected automatically : We automatically collected automatically when you visit, use or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like you name or contact information) but may include device or usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preference, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information abut how and when you use our Services and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operations of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
We also collect information through cookies. The information we collect includes:
- Log and usage data. Long and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our services automatically collect when you access or use our Services and which we record in log files. 4. What legal bases do we rely on to process your personal data?
The GPDR requires us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on in order to process your personal data. As such, we may rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information:
- Performance of a contract: we process your personal information when it is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, including providing our Services.
- Legitimate interest: we process your information when it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate interest and those interest do not outweigh your interest and fundamental rights and freedoms.
- Legal obligations. we process your information where it is necessary for compliance with legal obligations, such as to cooperate with public authorities, exercise or defend our legal rights.
- Consent. we may process your personal information if you have given us consent to use your personal information for a specific purpose.
5. What are your privacy rights?
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: you have the right to obtain information relating to the processing of your personal data, as well to request a copy of such personal data in electronic or other suitable form, including through visualization in your profile.
- Right to rectify or completion: you can at any time rectify or complete inaccurate or incomplete information concerning you directly through your account or by sending us a request via e-mail.
- Withdrawal of consent: you have the right to withdraw your consent, where the personal data you have provided to us is processed based on consent. However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
- Righto erasure (“right to be forgotten”): you can require the deletion of your personal data to the extent permitted by law and to the extent the exceptions under Art. 17, para 3 of the GDPR do not apply.
- Right to restriction of processing: you have the right to obtain from us restriction of processing in accordance with applicable law.
- Right to data portability: where legally applicable, you have the right to have the personal data you have provided to us be returned to you or, where technically feasible, transferred to a third party.
- Right to object: you have the right to object against the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 6 of the GDPR (to protect our legitimate interest), as well as when such personal data is processed for the purposes of direct marketing or profiling.
We will make reasonable efforts to respect your request within 30 days of receiving your application. This term may be extended by a further two months, taking into account the complexity and the number of requests.
In case of violation of the principles of data protection or your rights according to this Privacy Policy or applicable law, you could file a complaint before the competent national supervisory authority:

6. How long we store your personal data?
We only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or their legal requirements). We will store your personal information for the whole period of maintenance of your Account. After your Account is deleted, we will keep your personal data for the purposes and in the manner set out in the current policy for a period of 5 years for the purpose of protection our legitimate interest in case of court or administrative disputes with users. Information related to financial terms and conditions (for the purposes of accounting financial statements and subsequent financial inspections) will be kept for 10 years after the reporting period to which it relates.
We will inform you in case the period for storage of your personal data should be extended for the purposes set out in this policy, including for protection our legitimate interests.
When we have no ongoing legitimate interest needs to process your personal data, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possi ble.
7. Security measures
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing. We make sure that personal data is only accessible by only those who need access to do their job, and that they are properly trained and authorised.
8. Transmission of personal data.
We may transfer all or part of your personal data to a third party service providers – data processor for performing the purposes of processing, including in other countries, by complying with the requirements of the GDPR. The categories of third parties we may share personal information include, amongst others, payment processors, website hosting service providers, data analytics services.
9. Opting out of marketing and promotional communication

10. Other provisions
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as published.
